What is Your Will for Me

What is your will for me
Open my eyes so that I may see
Your plan that you have in store
Where are the signs I’ve been looking for
I pray for your guidance and seek out your will
And I await your answers still
You’ve tugged at my heart urging a time for change
You’ve painted the future in my mind
But presented no avenue to obtain
Give me the patience and will to follow only your guidance
Do not let me be confused between your will and my preference
I feel discontent with where I am
Oh Lord, I pray
